LinkedIn Learning is coming soon; do not miss its best features | CU Boulder today

In September, CU Boulder will upgrade its Lynda.com learning platform to LinkedIn Learning and expand access to all CU students.

LinkedIn Learning incorporates Lynda.com videos, courses, and hands-on exercises focused on developing the skills you’ll use in the classroom and in the workplace. Plus, it offers ways to personalize your learning.

For the best learning experience, Employee Services recommends that students create a personal LinkedIn profile. According to LinkedIn, 9 in 10 corporate recruiters use it to find eligible candidates. During the hiring process, 75% of managers consult LinkedIn profiles to learn more about a candidate. It’s a great way to network professionally for your future career by connecting with classmates, volunteer acquaintances, teachers, and others.

If you connect your LinkedIn profile At CU LinkedIn Learning, you’ll get recommendations for videos, courses, and other training related to your major and professional goals. Instructors will also be able to share collections of course assets, such as watching a video or an exercise online. When you complete a course, you will be assigned a badge that can be displayed on your profile.

Start your profile today. When CU LinkedIn Learning debuts, you’ll be ready to unleash the platform’s full potential and your professional growth.
