library launches LinkedIn Learning | Mirage News

Rockhampton Regional Libraries have now launched LinkedIn Learning as a primary education platform through the State Library of Queensland.

Communities and Heritage Advisor Drew Wickerson said LinkedIn Learning is an upgrade to the previous Lynda Library product and customers will see fantastic improvements.

“If you liked Lynda, then you’ll really like LinkedIn Learning,” said Cr Wickerson.

“With Lynda, our members have had access to approximately 7,000 courses in English, while LinkedIn Learning has access to over 16,000 courses, in 7 different languages!

“You can easily access, on demand, a wide range of courses that are organized and relevant to your area of interest.

“It’s easy to access, just log in with your library card and PIN – you don’t even need to have a LinkedIn profile.

“If you are ready to learn new skills and are not a member of our library, there has never been a better time to join us.

“Getting a library card is easy, fast and free! Visit our website or call our friendly library staff.
